WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER

We strive to get your new Beach Bag to you as quickly as possible, so we promptly ship most items within 2-3 business days. Please provide us with your current email address at checkout, so that we can notify you of the shipping date and tracking information. Most packages are shipped with signature required for your safety. These are the average shipping times: 

  • U.S.A.: 4-7 business days.
  • Canada: 7-15 business days.
  • U.K.: 10-15 business days.
  • Australia: 10-15 business days.

*Please note that due to unexpected circumstances, COVID-19, and during holidays, shipping times can be delayed. This is unfortunately out of our control. Please allow up to 15 days for your bags to arrive.

My Beach Bag is proud to be a small business located in Canada. Our manufacturors are based in Canada and in United States. By shopping with us, you are supporting an independently owned, American based company. Why is that important to you? Because we are a small, independently owned company, we strive to offer the best products and customer service. You will never get lost in the shuffle with us; unlike huge corporations and chains, we care about our customers.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER 

Once an order is placed, you have a small window of 1 hour to cancel it before it processes to the warehouse. Please contact us at hello@my-beach-bag.com so that we may assist you. 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM 

We are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our Beach Bags. Sometimes mistakes happen (we are only human). If your item is defective or damaged when it arrives, please contact us at hello@my-beach-bag.com so that we may assist you. We offer exchanges on defective or damaged items only.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM 

We strive to make shopping with My Beach Bag as worry-free and enjoyable as possible. Our stellar customer service team will begin the return process as soon as the item is received. We will send you an email update letting you know when we have received your return item. Normal processing times are 2-4 business days. HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER
